Your Right to Cancel

Please note that we do not accept cancellations, as all yarn is dyed to order. We strive to provide accurate representations of colours in our photos, but please be aware that different monitors and devices may display colours differently.

Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Please send returns to: Wenham Cottage, 45 Cokeham Lane, Sompting, Lancing, West Sussex, BN15 9UR.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

Exemptions

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

- Personalised or custom-made items

- Sealed items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) once opened.

Order Processing Time

We aim to send out orders within 1 week.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
